Comprehensive Financial Plan (new clients)
This service is a written comprehensive financial plan prepared over a three - six-month period. All financial planning issues are addressed: asset allocation, specific investments, investment implementation, tax planning, retirement planning, estate planning, college education planning, insurance planning and cash flow planning. This service works well for those clients who have time constraints or are uncomfortable carrying out the suggested recommendations on their own.

As members of the National Financial Aid Practitioners Alliance we attend yearly update seminars so as to stay current. We review all factors which have an impact on eligibility for need based financial aid, including assistance in valuation of assets and potential repositioning of assets. Although most of our clients are capable of it, we normally prepare the FAFSA forms for them. In addition, we also do on-line scholarship searches (these rarely produce meaningful results), provide a list of on-line resources which offer detailed information for student and parent, as well as a list of sources for discounted textbooks and some off to school hints.

ERISA Compliance for Businesses
- Plan selection assistance
- Reduction of potential Trustee liability; adding to 404(c) protection.
WWA has worked with hundreds of individuals in dozens of different businesses including all types of qualified plans. We can help with the RFP(Request for Proposal), evaluate the most suitable plan format for a given situation and prepare an appropriate Investment Policy Statement. We review mutual funds constantly and are uniquely equipped to evaluate those offered among the plans choices. Our investment advice is based on a rigorous financial planning process and takes age and potential time-to-retirement into account in shifting assets to less volatile classes. As we have studied ERISA, we have come to believe that plan trustees may face potential liability if participants do not receive unbiased recommendations regarding their investments, even in light of 404(c). We offer a series of reviews, educational meetings & specific employee advice aimed at reducing such risks and allowing all employees to achieve as comfortable a retirement as is possible.

The Warren Ward Associates FREE Initial Consultation
TANSTAAFL (There Aint No Such Thing As A Free Lunch) Back in the 1950s, Robert Heinlein contended that There Aint No Such Thing As A Free Lunch. By this he meant that the drinks are more expensive at bars offering a free lunch than at those that charge separately for lunch. Although this is a generally accurate appraisal, once in a while something in life really is free.
Warren Ward Associates offers a free Get to Know You visit with one of our planners.
Both reasons for this are simple:
- We dont believe that you should have to pay for our time just to find out if we will be able to help with your questions and concerns
- We believe that personal rapport between planner & client is the most important aspect of a planning relationship.
We want to be absolutely sure that you are happy and comfortable with your decision to bring you financial future to us and we will do everything we can to be sure that you will never have a cause to second guess your decision.
During the one hour visit, we will try to answer your questions at least in a general way so you can get an idea of where you stand and also if we might be the right ones to help with your more detailed issues. If we feel that we can do something more to help, we will follow-up the visit with a note giving you an idea of what things wed like to address and what the cost is likely to be.
